We are looking to expand our team by one additional senior recruiter. Ideally you will have a degree or three-year relevant qualification. At least 6 years of recruitment experience is required. We have a solid client base and you will not be expected to find your own clients. You will be allowed to work from home once the initial training period has been completed. If you are experienced and are able to maintain your target. We require a candidate who is customer focused. You need to pays attention to detail and produces a very high standard of work. The team is professional with a good understanding of finance. It would be beneficial if you have worked in financial recruitment. Unfortunately we cannot employ a job hopper. You need to have demonstrated that you have a solid track record at one employer. You are not expected to cover a cost of desk. You will earn commission from your first placement, but you are expected to bill consistently. You need to have your own transport. Excellent communication skills. Both verbal and written English skills must be at advanced business level. We are looking for a senior recruiter who can work with senior people in organizations and vacancies at management and executive level. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on niche professional websites like LinkedIn.

We are willing to train into the financial field. You must have at least 4 years of previous recruitment experience at one company with no movement on your CV. You need to have references and proof of billings. We are a highly skilled professional team.
