This is a position for a candidate who has extensive experience either in the agricultural space or in the retail industry. If you have knowledge about financing businesses and credit policies this is ideal. The environment is a dynamic successful environment. You will manage a team of 7 direct reports. 4 Managers in the finance department, one in debtors and 2 senior managers. You should be able to perform the full CFO role . You therefore need at least five years of experience already holding a CFO position. The position is urgent and would suit a candidate who is able to start working immediately.

A completed matric and a relevant qualification in finance. BCom/ National diploma in Cost and management accounting. Prepare financial reports, Tax VAT, Assist with year end audit, assist with departmental budget, perform analytical reviews. This is a nurturing yet innovative environment. The position is urgent it would be ideal if you are able to start immediately or are able to give 30 days notice. This company is a well-established IT company. They are looking for an exceptional individual. They are willing to pay an above average cost to company package. For a candidate who has above average academic results and achievements on their CV. Ideally you have either SAICA articles from a small firm or SAIPA articles. A professional accountant would be ideal, but your academic results must be above average and your technical ability. Following your articles, you should have two to three years of accounting experience. The company is willing to pay for additional financial studies, they will assist with study leave. Very strong Excel and Accounting package experience necessary.
