You should then have progressed in your career and you should have at least 5 years of financial management experience. A slightly mature individual is preferred but because you will progress in the group you should not be close to retirement. It is important that you have FMCG or manufacturing experience and very solid financial reporting experience. If you had some exposure to costing or management accounting earlier in your career this would be ideal but not necessary. An in-depth knowledge of Budgeting forecasting, compliance is required .
