This is a position that requires you to ideally have your BCom articles. It is not necessary for you to be a #BEE candidate because the company has their #BEE ratios in place. It would be ideal if you had your BCom articles plus post articles experience. Checking and signing financials, full metals accounting portfolio, including stock taking and metals accountability. Costing of projects and metal sales on boarding and relationship management with local and international Business Partners. Procurement management, SARS and other statutory commitments. Financial engineering and capital raising as required. You will work with high qualified engineers in an international environment. This is a #BEE position based in this Gobal organization. They are looking for a CA(SA) or a CIMA . You must understand manufacturing Syspro experience is highly preferable. They are looking for a candidate who is available to start working in January. You will supervise a team of 6 initially. You need to prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing accurate and timely reporting to management. Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business planning and decision-making processes. Import and Export compliance. Asset Register. Strong Forex experience is ideal. Travel to Europe and training is a possibility. This is a growing organization operating in one of South Africa biggest industries.
This position is an excellent position for a candidate who enjoys problem solving and who has good planning skills and decision-making skill. You will need to be persuasive and have good communication skills. It is essential that you have an internal auditing diploma or a degree and articles from one of the big four auditing firms. It would be an added benefit if you are a CIA although not necessary. You need to be registered with the institute of internal auditors. You need to have 6 years of auditing experience in a large multinational organization or in one of the big four auditing firms. Experience in using data analytics. You will be given the opportunity to travel internationally.
