This position is ideally suited to a lady who has a strong personality but also has a high EQ to handle change management. You need to have an outgoing friendly personality and be able to get on with people at all levels from senior directors to clerical people. You should have managed a team of at least ten in the past. Articles are essential and at least ten years of post article experience. Mining experience would be good but not essential. FMCG or large corporate experience would also be suitable. Based in #Durban this company is looking for a group financial accountant. They need someone who has at least 5 years of financial reporting experience. You also need to understand a shared services environment to be able to review the full payroll. Be capable of preparing and communicating budget guidelines to the business, and manage the external and internal auditors. It is essential that you have SAP experience and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You will supervise four people.
