This position is ideally suited to a lady who has a strong personality but also has a high EQ to handle change management. You need to have an outgoing friendly personality and be able to get on with people at all levels from senior directors to clerical people. You should have managed a team of at least ten in the past. Articles are essential and at least ten years of post article experience. Mining experience would be good but not essential. FMCG or large corporate experience would also be suitable.
