You would attend the quarterly Exco meetings and give feedback on the financial team. Attend the Audit and Risk Committee meetings. Update group strategy. It is essential that you have strong consolidation experience. You would need to handle consolidation reviews, as well as quarterly board pack reviews and presentations. Review Tax computations.
