This is a growing organization that has been extremely successful even during Covid. They are looking for a candidate who has a BCOM and SAIPA articles. You also need an post article experience in a financial operational role. You could have worked in the operations in a retail environment in manufacturing or FMCG. You need to have a strong personality but be a people's person and be good at solving problems. The role will involve you traveling to different branches across South Africa to assist the branches when necessary. The issues may range from staff disciplinary problems, stock loss, banking related challenges or may be a new acquisition. This is a challenging interesting role. It is not a technical financial role and does not require a CA(SA). The technical financial matters will be handled by head office. You need to be willing to get your hands dirty and 60 % travel necessary.
