#TPCJobs- Recruiter (Finance) R250 000 basic plus Commission

We are looking to expand our team by one additional recruiter. Ideally you will have a degree or three-year qualification.  At least 6 years of recruitment experience is required. We have a solid client base. You will not be expected to find your own clients. You will be allowed to work from home once the initial training period has been completed. If you are experienced and are able to maintain your target. We require a candidate who is customer focused. Pays attention to detail and who produces a very high standard of work. The team is professional with a good understanding of finance. It would be beneficial if you have worked in financial recruitment. We cannot unfortunately employ a job hopper. You  need to have demonstrated that you have a solid track record at one employer. 
. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist 
· Hands-on experience with the largest job sites 
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques on niche professional websites like LinkedIn
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Good written and verbal communications skills
