This is a management position for a black male or female ideally. You need to have a BCom degree or similar. Previous experience in hospitality or a catering environment. You will need to have very good negotiation experience, staff Management, Strong Excel skills. You need to travel from time to time to visit suppliers. Sound understanding of a procurement environment and the management thereof.
Work overtime when required. This candidate can hit the ground running and work with minimal guidance and supervision.
The candidate needs to be hands-on and not someone who delegate every single function. You will be part of a large, listed group so there is ample room for growth.
