This is an extremely complicated payroll. You need to come from a manufacturing environment, have a strong personality, and have dealt with unions before. Spoken to people about bonuses, increases and dealt with people at all levels in an organization. It is essential that you have very strong Excel experience and can work to Pivot tables. VIP premier is also necessary. You will report to the group payroll manger and there is ample room for growth in the group for the right individual.
