It is essential you have at least 10 to 15 years of experience and  BEE candidate would be ideal for this position. Given that this is a manufacturing environment you will need to have both wages and salaries experience. You would manage a team of 5 in Johannesburg, as well as a staff of 5 in the Cape Town office. You need to be an individual who is capable of taking accountability. They are looking for a business partner, not a clock watcher. Must be a team player who has time for team members.
