Based in the Durban North area this position is immediately available for the correct candidate. The company requires a candidate with a vibrant personality. Someone who can manage a team of four. A completed accounting degree is essential. Five years of experience in managing a team is essential. Must have collections experience, controlling of the debtor's book. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent telephone etiquette. Ability to adapt to the company culture whilst at the same time, having the confidence to suggest and implement other mechanisms.
