This is an absolutely superb opportunity for a candidate who is capable of strategic planning with objectives, and people management. You need to be able to set individual development plans as well as understand each staff member's KPA's. It is essential that you not only have three years of solid costing exposure, but that you also have a solid knowledge of IFRS, internal control systems, and statutory requirements including VAT.
