Location: Ormonde | 50% remote

An opportunity has opened for a qualified CA(SA) to join a mature JSE-listed organisation with a strong balance sheet and more than R2 billion in cash.
This is a business that actively reshapes its portfolio through the acquisition of new groups and the disposal of underperforming operations. Senior finance professionals play an important role in the due diligence and structural execution of these transactions.
Operating within a highly governed listed environment, the organisation adheres strictly to King IV corporate governance requirements, JSE Listings Requirements and IFRS.
The management team has an average tenure of 11.5 years, while senior financial packages are strongly linked to performance bonuses.
What they’re looking for
You must be a fully qualified CA(SA), ideally with:
- Articles completed with a Big Four or mid-tier audit firm
- Group accounting experience
- Consolidation experience within a listed entity
- Ideally three years’ relevant experience
- Experience with Hyperion, Oracle or a similar system
The role is based in Ormonde, with the opportunity to work remotely 50% of the time.
