Financial Manager | Germiston | R1 Million p.a.

An established leader in complex engineering, design and manufacturing is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to join its team in Germiston.

With more than 60 years of experience and an international footprint, the organisation has been involved in a wide range of major construction and infrastructure projects, including civil engineering works, bridges, dams and power stations.

This is a highly technical environment where employees are given the opportunity to understand the operational side of the business in depth. The company provides industry-leading training and mentorship, helping staff build a strong understanding of its operations from the ground up.

The role

This opportunity would suit an experienced finance professional who has progressed into a hands-on Financial Manager position and is comfortable leading a team.

You will need:

• A BCom degree
• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience
• At least five years’ experience as a Financial Manager
• Experience managing a finance team of approximately five to six people
• Ideally, experience within manufacturing, engineering or construction
• A stable career history with limited job movement
