This opportunity would suit an ambitious CA(SA) who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and wants to build strong operational finance experience.
The organisation makes use of the latest technology and AI and offers a varied role with exposure across seven regions.
You will manage eight direct reports as well as a large debtors department of 17 people, making strong debtors knowledge an important part of the role.
The position also involves regional travel, requiring you to be away from home for approximately two nights per month. All travel costs are covered.
The role
You will be responsible for managing the month-end and year-end processes, including flash reporting, while supporting the financial requirements of seven regions.
The role provides broad operational exposure and the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the business across multiple locations.
There is also potential for future progression into a head office position.
What you need
You must be:
- A fully qualified CA(SA)
- An experienced Financial Manager with at least four years’ experience at this level
- Experienced in managing month-end and year-end processes
- Comfortable producing and managing flash reports
- Experienced in managing teams
- Strong in debtors management
- From an industry where you have had exposure to stock

Very little overtime is required, and employees work shorter hours on Fridays.
The role requires travel across the seven regions, with approximately two nights away from home each month and all travel costs covered.
