This position offers the opportunity to join a large group of companies. You will be based at a subsidiary with a headcount of 350, but be part of a large group. You do not need to have previous experience dealing with unions and CCMA cases this will be trained. Ideally, you are a mature individual who need to have a relevant degree or diploma with proven experience in payroll. An assistant will process the wages. Manufacturing experience would be first prize. You must have at least five years of experience as an HR manager.
