This young, dynamic manufacturing organisation is seeking a Financial Accountant to report directly to the Group Financial Manager. The finance leadership team is progressive and growth-focused, offering strong long-term career prospects for the right candidate.
In this role, you will take immediate responsibility for a team of four, overseeing the debtors and creditors functions, while working within a well-established finance department of approximately 40 staff members.
Key Requirements:

BCom degree (essential)

Several years’ practical finance experience

Experience managing or supervising debtors and creditors teams

Working knowledge of Pastel Evolution (essential)

Exposure to ERP systems (advantageous)

Strong organisational and leadership skills
