Creditors Clerk | Germiston, JHB | R300 000 p.a.

A leading manufacturing company supplying advanced, high-speed machinery to the FMCG industry is seeking two experienced Creditors Clerks to join its Accounts Payable team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve account discrepancies
• Prepare creditor reconciliations and payment schedules
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate supplier records and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end Accounts Payable processes
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics (essential)
• Diploma in Finance or Accounting (advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years’ solid Creditors experience
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
