You will take responsibility for a finance team of approximately 35, within an environment that is currently manual and undergoing ERP implementation. The first six months will be intense and delivery-focused, requiring strong leadership, resilience, and execution capability. The existing team requires rebuilding and firm direction, making gravitas and turnaround experience essential.
