You will be based in the head office of this growing organization. At head office you can be mentored by a team of CASAs that are highly skilled. You need to have a fully completed financial diploma N6 or a degree . At least 2 years of experience as an assistant financial accountant ideally in a retail or FMCG environment.
The Assistant Accountant supports the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reconciliations, reporting, and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily accounting functions and supports month-end and year-end processes. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous. This organization has very low staff turnover they practice a work life balance and have managed to achieve a good working environment.
