A large JSE-listed group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join its growing team. This opportunity has arisen due to increased capacity demands within the business, and the organisation is looking to appoint before its June year-end, making this an urgent and high-priority hire.
Reporting ultimately to the Financial Director, this role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and IT. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening business processes, system integration, and operational efficiency across the group.
The existing team is energetic and ambitious. The business is seeking someone with stronger experience and leadership maturity to elevate process standards and mentor more junior analysts.
Key Requirements:

Completed Degree in Information Systems (essential)

Certification in BPMN, CBAP, or related methodologies (advantageous)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within:

FMCG
-
Retail
-
Complex manufacturing environments
-
-
Proven experience in:
-
Business process modelling
-
System integration
-
IT systems architecture understanding
-

Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence (BI) systems (highly advantageous)

Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes, including:

Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

High-level process documentation
-
Process management and optimisation
-
