Our Process- What To Expect
  • Before commencing with the Search Process, one of our senior recruiter's will meet with you to get a detailed brief, spend some time understanding your company culture and establish a time line for the hire.

  • Any concerns or recommendations will be addressed at this stage.

  • Upon approval, a Project Team is assembled and the search begins.

  • Your People Connection Team will short-list the available candidates.

  • Short-listed candidates are re-evaluated by a senior recruiter and in some cases interviewed by a managing director.

  • TPC recruiters will network and head hunt concurrently to source alternative candidates. These candidates are contacted confidentially with no reference being made to your company. Suitable/interested candidates are formally evaluated at our offices and all necessary reference checks are completed before presentment to you.

  • The finalists are packaged for presentation (not interview selection) to your company. At this time we recommend interviewing dates and times based on our knowledge of candidate availability.

  • Following interviews, both candidate and client will be thoroughly debriefed.

  • We then test the offer hypothetically before formally extending it. Any concerns will be presented to the client for resolving or dissolving and a formal offer is made and start date is selected.

  • We will offer to help the candidate resign, making it as easy as possible and preventing possible counter offers and 'fear of change' issues.

  • The People Connection has completed the Search on the day the candidate starts with your company.
