Payroll Specialist | Centurion | R600 000 per annum

A well-established organisation in the FMCG manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its finance team in Centurion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full payroll function for a large workforce
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll
• Maintain payroll data integrity through regular audits and reconciliations
• Administer time and attendance and employee allowance systems
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Prepare payroll reports and provide support to management
• Work to strict payroll deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing payroll for large-scale workforces (approximately 1,000 employees)
• Experience within medium to large organisations (annual turnover of approximately R400 million to R500 million) with workforces of 300+ employees
• Minimum 7 years’ hands-on SAP Payroll experience (essential)
• At least 5 years’ active payroll processing experience using SAP
• Experience with Time and Attendance and Allowance Management systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and data auditing skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
